Pauline Marilyn (Merritt) Monahan
After a brief illness at the age of 85, Pauline Monahan (nee Merritt) born February 13, 1933, passed away at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre, Ontario, on April 19, 2018.
She was the beloved wife of the late James Douglas Monahan (1999). Loving mother of Hugh (Monika), Paul (Chrissy) and Michael; beloved grandmother of 8 and 3 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents, Hillary James and Adele Merritt (nee Poirier), sisters, Geraldine (the late Eddy), Elaine Cole (the late Alec) and Bernadette Marie Merritt.
Pauline was an active Roman Catholic who was very active in her faith.
Pauline is survived by brothers, Kelvin, Bill (Emma); sisters, Enid Williams, Deloris Tobin (Ernie), Jackie Armstrong.
Pauline will be remembered by her sisters-in-law Marlene, and Shirley.
Pauline was laid to rest in Highland Park Cemetery in Peterborough, Ontario.
