The family of the late Faye Lacey express our sincere gratitude to all who supported us. Special thanks to the staff of the QEH, especially the Dialysis unit & Drs Jones and Chaudry. A special thanks to the Palliative Care staff who made it possible for Faye to spend her last days at home. Heartfelt appreciation to family, friends and neighbors who visited, provided food, sent flowers & cards and made donations. A special thanks to her special phone friends.
