Peacefully, surrounded by family at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Monday, June 18, 2018 of Heather Fraser of New Dominion, age 64 years. Beloved partner of Paul Low and dear mother of Allison Savoie (Stephen Carter), Kelly Gallant; three grandchildren, Connor and Michael Savoie and Summer Gallant; four brothers and five sisters. Predeceased by her husband, Joseph A. Fraser, parents David and Muriel (nee Harris) Knox, and brother Jim Knox. Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home from where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 1 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment later. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday from 11-12:30 p.m. If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Provincial Palliative Care Centre.
