The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, P.E.I. on Friday, September 7th, 2018 of Heather Constance Potts (nee Murray) of Summerside, aged 83 years. Heather was born in Montreal, Quebec to the late Mr. and Mrs. Murray. Beloved wife of late Derrick Potts and loving mother of Lynda (Roger) MacQueen, Fernwood, P.E.I., Helen (Brian) Nolan, Ingleside. ON., Kenneth, Vegreville, AB., Trevor, Summerside and daughter in-law Lisa Potts, New Glasgow, P.E.I. Also lovingly remembered by her 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Survived by her brother Jack Pollander of Montreal, Quebec and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her son Rodney Potts, granddaughter Angela MacQueen and great granddaughter Rachel Potts both in infancy. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside. Visiting hours on Friday, September 14th, from 6 – 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Heather’s memory to PEI Humane Society would be greatly appreciated.
