It is with great sadness that the family of Anne Bernadette McGrath announce her passing on Wednesday, September 13, 2018 at the age of 80 years. Anne was born March 2, 1938 in Angel's Cove NL and at the age of 16 years old moved to Dunville and then continue on to raise and care for her family and become the well-loved person that she is today. She will be remembered for her volunteer work at the St. Anne's Catholic Church in Dunville. Predeceased by her husband Richard McGrath; parents Pat Joe (Kippy) and Rose Coffey; parents-in-law John and Bridget McGrath; sister Mary; brothers Patrick, Maurice and Jeremiah Coffey; other family members, Pat O'Rourke, Vince and Ella McGrath, Ben and Madeline McGrath, Mike and Mary McGrath and Betty McGrath. Leaving to mourn with loving memories: daughter Bridget (Mattie); sons Dick (Donna), Eddy (Judy), Bob, Brian (Lisa); grandchildren Brandon, Brent, Joshua, Emily, Colin, Kelsey, and Blair. Also leaving to mourn are her sisters Bride O'Rourke, Elaine Dalton and brother Harold Coffey; brothers-in-law Ambrose McGrath (Mary Ennis), Ed McGrath and Marion McCue; sister-in-law Bride Coffey; and a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Maher's Funeral Home, Placentia on Sunday from 7pm to 9pm, on Monday from 2pm to 9pm. Funeral Mass to take place 10:30am on Tuesday, September 18 at St Anne's Church, Dunville.
