May we send our heartfelt thanks to all who gave so generously of their kindness and sympathy in the death of a loved and respected wife, mother, grandmother, JoAnne Milicent Chapman. We especially want to thank those who visited us at the funeral home and shared in the Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Redeemer Church.
We are grateful to all who phoned, travelled distances, sent food Mass cards, flowers, sympathy cards, memorial donations, and letters. Thank you to the nurses and staff at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Victoria General Hospital, ICU.
To Father Paul K. Murphy for the beautiful Mass and the Choir and organist for whose music brought such comfort. To JoAnne’s co-workers and supervisor of SLYCE who honoured JoAnne with kindness and support through this time of sorrow, also my work family, Mi’Kmaw Family & Children Services of NS., whose caring and support will always be remembered. To the Pier Community Funeral Home for their support and all who helped in any way, your kindness will always be remembered.
