On a quiet, beautiful Fall evening surrounded by his loving family, Michael Lance Crocker passed peacefully from his earthly home to his heavenly home. Mike was born March 17, 1956 to Donald and Mary Crocker and grew up in the community of Cormack. After graduation from Elwood Regional High School, Mike continued his post-secondary education at Memorial University in St. John’s. Mike took his first teaching position in the small community of Sops Arm but after just one year, the green fields of his homeland calling, he moved back to Cormack, entered the Dairy Industry and for the next 23 years successfully owned and operated Twin Acre Farms Ltd. Then in 2011 Mike took on a much different but also rewarding job as Co-owner and Manager of Deer Lake Ambulance Ltd. On August 14, 1981 Mike married the love of his life, his soulmate and best friend, Pauline. Their lives were complete on November 14, 1984 when they welcomed their first born, Julie and then September 16, 1991 their son Charles, and those children were the absolute greatest joys of Mike’s life. Leaving to mourn with the most precious memories, his loving wife of 37 years, Pauline and his adored children, Julie (Adam) Kluchka and Charles, sisters Hazel Crocker, Josie (Anthony) Alexander, and Donna Chaulk, sisters-in-law, Joyce (Kevin) Rumbolt, Olive (Gary) Moxam, Lona Haines, Elaine (Paul) Neville, Glenda (Dave) Oake, Mae Curlew and brother-in-law, Gary (Brenda) Humby, special nieces and nephews, Tanya, Donald, Sarah, Bruce, Jayne and Robyn, Craig, Peter, Trevor, Cory, Melanie, Jamie, Luke, Geoff, Gary, Kimberly and Natalie, also Dean, Glenn, Dereck and Sheldon.
