Predeceased by his wife Edith (Smith), parents Thomas and Stella (Flood) Carragher, siblings Helen Keefe (Les), Eugene (Rita) Leo, Ralph, Gerry, Louis (Mary), by his brothers-in-law Earl Smith(Nan), Fr. Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home until Wednesday at 9:30 a.m., then to St. Anne’s Church, Emyvale, for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment in the parish cemetery.
