Passed peacefully away at Agnes Pratt Nursing Home on Sunday, October 14, 2018, at 90 years, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her husband Edward (1968); her parents Andrew and Hannah Lawlor; sister Mildred Stirling (Chuck); brothers: Raymond (Jean) and Phillip (Kay); three brothers-in-law: Bill Mercer, Bill McQuiad and Rick Nowotczynski; and grandson William Stapleton. Left with fond and loving memories her nine children: Linda Jennings (Wally), Madelyn LeDrew (Peter), Richard (Dale), Myles (Glenda), Paul (Bernice), Joan Jones (Leo), Gerald (Donna), David, and Anna Tucker (Robert); 13 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three sisters: Joan Cleary (Mike), Deloris Nowotczynski and Ann Baker; also a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl, on Monday, October 15th, from 4-9 pm and on Tuesday, October 16th, from 10 am - 9 pm. Funeral Mass to be held at Holy Family Church, Paradise on Wednesday, October 17th at 10 am. Cremation to follow with Interment at later date.
