Of Heart's Desire, passed away at the Pte. Josiah Squibb Memorial Pavilion, Carbonear on Friday, October 19, 2018. Mr. Langer was 86 years old. Leaving to mourn and celebrate his life: loving wife of 64 years Genevieve, children: Cyril (Joyce), Fredrick (Valerie), Pauline, Gregory (Sheila), Peter (Sandra), Regina (Neil), Michael (Debbie), Marilyn (Robert) and Sean, son-in-law Kenneth, grandchildren: Sean (Sarah), Travis (Shannon), Chad (Maggie), David (Jennifer), Melanie (Dwayne), Collin (Courtney), Curtis (Brittany), Brianne (Chris), Kendra, Dwayne (Jeanine), Ryan (Nicole), Mikayla, Blair (Charmine), Todd (Candice), Michael (Tara), Brent and Zackery (Megan), great-grandchildren: Brittany, Mitchell, Henry, Evelyn, Carter, Adam, Khloe, Elijah, Maddison, Anthony, Reilly, Luca, Mekenna, Christopher and Logan, brother William (Anna), sisters-in-law: Ethel, Dorothy, Winnie, Veronica, Patricia, Jean (Ivan), Pauline, Rose (Daniel) and Margaret, brothers-in-law: Joseph (Debbie), Daniel (Margaret) and James (Rhnea), and a large circle of nephews, nieces, family and friends. Predeceased by infant son William, daughter Jeanette, parents: Daniel and Bertha, parents-in-law: James and Bridgett, brothers: Daniel, Patrick (Mary), Michael (Kaye), Steven, James (Marie), sisters: Cecily (Charles), Stella (Roy), Mary (Thomas), Florence (Hazen) and Regina, brothers-in-law: Loyola, James, Hayward, William. The Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2018 at 12 noon from the Sacred Heart R.C. Church & Cemetery, Heart's Desire. The family will be receiving relatives and friends at SACRED HEART MORTURARY CHAPEL, HEART'S DESIRE on Tuesday from 10:30 A.M. - 12 Noon, 2-4 P.M. and 7-9 P.M. and on Wednesday from 10-11:30 A.M.
