Passed peacefully away at the L.A. Miller Centre surrounded by her loving family on Friday, October 19, 2018. Joyce Martin age 70 years. Predeceased by her mother Lillian Brousseau. Leaving to mourn with cherished memories her devoted and loving husband of 52 years Benjamin; her children: Michael, Lori (Larry Clarke), Sandra (Stephen Furlong), Valerie Brousseau, Wesley (Wanda Warford), Corrine Brousseau and Lynn (Stephen) Walsh; grandchildren: Raven Brousseau, Tyler Radford, Amanda (Michael) Hillier-Ball and Kyle Martin, Glenn, Nicholas and Melissa Fleming, Madison Warford, Tatania, Crystal, and Burt, Tiffany Rideout, Michael and Matthew Walsh; sister: Jean Martin; brothers and sisters-in-law: Walter (Marsha) Martin , Eric Martin, Hayward (Bernadette) Martin, Gertrude (Cyril) Murphy, Shirley (Jim) Bambrick, Elizabeth Butt, Marie Melee and extended family and friends. The Martin family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff from the P.C.U. L.A. Miller Center and the 5th floor of the H.S.C. for their compassion and care. At Joyce’s request cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Barrett’s Funeral Home 73 Commonwealth Ave., Mt. Pearl on Monday, October 22, 2018 from 2:00 - 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. from Barrett’s Chapel Mt. Pearl.
