John MacDonald, formerly of North Sydney, passed peacefully in hospital, Kingston, ON, on Thursday, October 25, 2018 in his 84th year.
John is predeceased by his beloved wife, Diane (nee McIsaac).
Dear father of Joey MacDonald of Kingston; brother of Fred MacDonald (Margie) of Sydney Mines, Donnie MacDonald (late Joan) of Sault Ste. Marie, ON, and brother-in-law to Dorothy MacDonald of Wasaga Beach, ON.
Also predeceased by brothers, John, Charlie, Robert, Stanley and sisters, Helen and Catherine.
Cremation in the care of James Reid Funeral Home in Kingston, ON. In accordance with John's wishes there will be no visitation or funeral. John's cremated remains will be returned to his beloved Cape Breton for interment.
