Passed peacefully away on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at the Health Sciences Centre in the presence of his loving family Frank Keith Tizzard, Sr., age 70 years. Pre-deceased by parents Frank and Gladys (Reid), brother Noel (Geraldine, deceased), sister Elizabeth Tilley. Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 50 years, Rosemarie (nee Kennedy), children Peg (Terry Mercer); Keith; Paul (Paula Hedderson); Sherry (Larry Walsh); (Step), Kathleen Kennedy; grandchildren Leo, Stephanie, Kathy; step-grandchildren Shaleen Kennedy and Larry Canning (Walsh); brother Basil Clearly (Denise); sisters Carol Furlong (Brian) and Adrea Rose (Peter); brother-in-law Bruce Tilley. Special friends Hayward Spurrell and Gerald Scott, and a very large circle of family and friends. Visitation will be at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Saturday, December 15 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, and Sunday, December 16 from 10 am - 12:00 noon from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held from The Carnell Memorial Chapel on Monday, December 17, 2018 at 2 pm. Cremation will follow.
