Passed away peacefully at the age of 56 after a short battle with lung cancer at the Health Sciences Centre. Left to mourn his wife of almost 30 years Sylvia; his daughter Megan; sons Rodrigues (April) and Michael (Samantha) and step-sons, Anthony and William. Rod also left behind three brothers, Gary, Kasie, Jimmy (Connie) and his sister, Beverly; brothers-in-law Tony (who was his best friend and he adored), Billy and Shawn; and his sisters-in-law, Cindy, Violet and Peggy. Thank you to Kim Drake who has been there from Day one, helping take care of Rod in his time of need. Also leaving behind his grandchildren Traden, Fahren, Rayne, Kimberm, Brooklyn, Madison, Natalie and a number of friends and family. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road on Saturday, January 12, 2019 from 2 -7 p.m. Funeral Service to take place from Caul’s Chapel at 1 p.m on Sunday, January 13, 2019.
