It is with broken hearts that we announce the untimely passing of our beautiful son Bradley Scott Curry on August 28, 2009 in Hamilton, ON, after a brief illness.
Born in Sydney, September 29, 1974, Brad is a son of Albert and Jade (Dickson) Milley of Turner Street, Glace Bay.
Brad graduated from Glace Bay High and Sydney Vocational School. He was a member of the Glace Bay Colonels little league team who won the Nova Scotia title in 1992. At one time Brad was also a member of McKay’s Corner Boy Scouts. He was employed in Hamilton the last number of years. Brad liked to work out in the gym everyday and was a big Elvis Presley fan.
Besides his parents he is survived by sister, Joann (Murphy) Snow, Glace Bay; brother, Andrew Curry, Sydney and grandmother, Franklyn McCormack, Glace Bay. Brad is also survived by a special friend, Angie MacDonald, Glace Bay. Our special thanks to Chuck McPhail for being there for Brad. We will never forget you.
Brad was predeceased by his grandfather, Tommy Dickson and an infant brother, Charles David.
As per Brad’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are entrusted to Curry's Funeral Home Glace Bay.
