We, the family of the late David Gerard Simmons, wish to express our sincerest thanks to family, friends and neighbours for the many acts of kindness and compassion shown to us during this difficult time. Thank you for attending the memorial service, for your kind words, prayers, visits to our homes, phone calls, messages, gifts of food, Mass and Sympathy cards, charitable donations and monetary donations. Your thoughtfulness and generosity will never be forgotten. A special thank you to Pastor Melvin Whitten for performing a beautiful and personal service with musician Donnie Campbell. Also, to David Jr., Cathy, Diane, and Mike for delivering the readings, Dad would have been so touched.
