Although words cannot express our gratitude, we the family of the late Margie Katryk acknowledge our appreciation and heartfelt thanks for the support shown during the loss of our mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. Thank you to all who attended Mom’s service, sent cards, texts, donations, flowers, food, visited our home, and supported us through our journey with mom. A special thanks to Fr. Paul Murphy; Bill Laurie and the staff of Pier Community Funeral Home; musician, Donnie Campbell; readers, Gary Mesics, Brian Gallivan and Wanda Windsor for making mom’s funeral service so special. We also wish to express our gratitude to the staff of 4th floor and Palliative Care at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, to the VON and to the City Homemakers, for their loving attention and comforting support shown to our mother. For all who who took the time from their busy day to pay tribute to Mom, we are forever grateful and we sincerely thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
