We, the family of the late Beatrice MacRury wish to express our sincere appreciation to all of those who helped us through our recent loss. To our friends, families, and co-workers your thoughtfulness was overwhelming.
To those of you who brought food to our homes, sent flowers, memorials, made donation’s and mass offerings we are very appreciative. To those of you who visited with us and attended the funeral, your presence meant so much to us at this most difficult time.
To Dr. Greg Myatt, Dr. Anne Frances D’Intino and Janice Black R.N. words do not seem enough to express our gratitude. Mom thought very highly of each of you and not only considered you as professionals but also as friends. To the Palliative care team and staff of the VON we have been comforted by your guidance.
To the members of the St. Theresa’s C.W.L. and St. Joseph’s School of Nursing alumni, we thank you for your attendance at the wake and funeral mass. To Fr.Lamey, altar servers and Eucharistic minister Ada Hagen we thank you. To Kevin MacCormick and the choir, your ministry of music was a great comfort. To Beatrice’s grandchildren; Sean MacIntyre, Allison Sweet and Daniel MacIntyre, Nina would have been very proud of your participation in the offertory.
To all of Mom’s wonderful circle of friends you have been a great comfort to us during Mom’s brief illness and passing. To Mom’s friends at Parkland she cherished being with each of you until the end. To the Sisters of the Congregation of Notre Dame who also resided at Parkland, you were a great source of strength to Mom and to her family and for that we are forever grateful. To all of the staff at Parkland Mom thought the world of each of you. The kindness that you showed Mom and all of us during her stay with you provided us with great comfort.
To Jill Nemis and all of the staff at Chant’s Funeral Home we are grateful for your guidance and professionalism. To the many people who continue to offer a kind word or story of Beatrice we are reminded of the presence she had in this world. May she now rest in peace.
