Peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 with her loving family by her side, of Eva MacDonald of Summerside and formally of Central Bedeque, aged 94 years. Daughter of Stanislaus (Stanley) and Fedelis (Florence) (Perry) Perry. Beloved wife of the late Frank MacDonald. Dearest mother of Ron (Donna) MacDonald, Elizabeth (Raymond) Gallant, Wayne (Karen) MacDonald, Patty (Brian-deceased) Arsenault, Darlene (Paul) Johnson, Brian (Heather) MacDonald, Nancy (Rick Jenkins) MacDonald, Reg (Toby) MacDonald; and her numerous nieces and nephews to whom she was affectionately known as “Auntie” and her very close and extremely kind “family” of neighbour’s at 376 Duke Street in Summerside. Eva was predeceased by husband Frank; a daughter in infancy; son David; her sister Melvina; brothers and sisters in-law: May, Maud, Beatrice, Joseph, Cecilia, Alice, Bessie, Austin and Catherine. Dearest "grammy" to 22 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren who adored and loved her and will miss her terribly. Visitation at Kinkora Place, Kinkora, PE on Friday, April 5, 2019 from 5 to 8 p.m. CWL members of St. Peter’s Parish, Seven Mile Bay will have prayers prior to visitation. Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, April 6, 2019 at 10 a.m at St. Peters Church Seven Mile Bay. Interment will be held at a later date at the Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Peter’s Church Cemetery Fund, or a charity of your choice and will be greatly appreciated.
