It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved sister, Shirley, on May 14, 2019 at Hotel Dieu (Shaver) in St. Catherines, ON.
Born in Sydney, she was predeceased by her parents, Joe and Peggy Richardson (Fry); sister, Heather Steele, Victoria, BC, Janet Murray, ON; son, James Poirier, ON, and granddaughter, Victoria Krushelniski, ON.
She is survived by her daughter, Shelley Poirier (Lorne Gillard); granddaughter, Allison Gillard; grandsons, Zachry and Christopher Gillard, also her son, Blair Richardson and granddaughters, Sheena Richardson, Deanna Richardson.
Left to mourn are her sisters, Getta, Debbie Currie (Bob); brother, Joe (Pat) Richardson, Calgary. She will be greatly missed by her nieces, nephews, and friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
