Loving Husband of Minnie (Davies) Blanchard. Father of Katherine Hansen O’Shea (Mark). Grandfather of Adam Blanchard and Olivia Frederick. Remembered by son-in-law Stephen Frederick. Predeceased by his daughter Penny Frederick, brother John Hubert and sister Sylvia. Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home where the funeral will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday at 1:00 pm.
