Card of thanks
Hugh Joseph O'Handley
We, the family of the late Hugh Joseph O'Handley, would like to send our thanks to all those for their kindness, condolences and support during our difficult time. To family and friends who traveled near and far to be at our side we are very thankful. To all those who brought food, monetary gifts, cards, flowers, charitable donations and Mass cards a sincere thank you. To Father Bernie Macdonald who traveled a distance to perform the service we are very grateful. We are very appreciative to granddaughter Mary O'Handley for the wonderful rendition of Amazing Grace and to Adrian, Phillip and Marley Whyte for their beautiful Gaelic rendering of Blue Mountain Lullaby. I'm sure Dad was looking down and listening, loving every word of each song. To Dan, Peter and staff at Dooley's Funeral Home thank you for making such a difficult time easier with your help and compassion. For the beautiful lunch provided by the North Sydney FireFighters Club after the service a sincere thank you. Your consideration and thoughtfulness will not be forgotten. To all those who gave extra words of condolences to support us we are forever grateful. Lastly, to the EHS Paramedics, Georges River Fire Department, ER department staff and Dr. Holmes at the CBRH words cannot express the deepest gratitude we have for all you did. Your professionalism and compassion will always be remembered.
