Suddenly at home on Saturday July 20, 2019 of Reuben Arthur (Junior) Chappell of Summerside and formerly of North Granville aged 82 years. Born in North Granville, July 3, 1937 son of the late Reuben and Ruby (Gamester) Chappell. Husband of Thelma (Ross-Gamester) Chappell and the late Shirley Edith (Wier) Chappell. Father of Glenda Chappell, Jean (Paul) Folland, Linda (Keith) Phillips, Sylvia (Leon) Doiron and Michael Chappell. Stepfather Glenda Lewis (Jamie) and Leonard (Linda) Lewis. Grandfather of Angela (Tim) Long, Roxanne (Derek) Chase, Ross Morrell (Amy O’Connor), David (Jennifer) Phillips, Myles Chappell and Amelia Chappell, 5 great grandchildren and 5 step grandchildren. Brother of Clifford Chappell (Donna Hughes). Brother-in-law of Linda Chappell, Aubrey Morrell, Leigh (Irene) Morrell, Gerald (Carrie) Ross, Jim (Marion) Ross, Gary (Cindy) Ross and Danny (Kathy) Ross. Also survived by several Nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brothers Lester, Graham, Grant and Elmer Chappell. Resting at the Davison Funeral Home Kensington for visitation on Tuesday from 5-8 p.m. Funeral Wednesday in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 1:30 p.m. Interment in the North Granville Community Cemetery.
