Le 17 février 2020, Michael Savage, né le 6 octobre 1934, nous a quitté paisiblement, entouré de sa famille. Il laisse dans le deuil sa famille aimante, son épouse Sandie, ses enfants, Lucy (Chris), Tim (Amélie), Alex (Virginie), Zoe, David (Susan), Kevin (Carol) et Joanna (feu Joe), ses petits-enfants, Clara, Neela, Emily, Caleb, Rachel, Kathryn (Joseph), Joshua (Kowhai) et Mereani, nièces, neveux, petites-nièces et petits-neveux.


Selon ses vœux, une célébration familiale privée aura lieu. Toutefois, à titre informel, amis et voisins seront les bienvenues à la maison familiale dimanche, le 8 mars, entre 10 h et 12 h.

La famille tient à remercier profondément les membres du personnel de l’Hôpital du Haut-Richelieu, particulièrement ceux à l’Unité des soins intensifs et au 5e étage, pour leurs soins et leur compassion.

Michael Savage, born October 6, 1934, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on February 17, 2020. He is survived by his loving family, his wife Sandie, his children, Lucy (Chris), Tim (Amélie), Alex (Virginie), Zoe, David (Susan), Kevin (Carol) and Joanna (late Joe), his grandchildren, Clara, Neela, Emily, Caleb, Rachel, Kathryn (Joseph), Joshua (Kowhai) and Mereani, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

As per his wishes, a private family celebration will be held. The family will open their home to friends and neighbours on Sunday, March 8th from 10AM to 12PM, for an informal gathering.

The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the staff at the Hôpital du Haut-Richelieu, especially the Intensive Care Unit and 5th Floor, for their care and compassion.
