Passed peacefully away at her residence on Thursday, August 4, 2011, Helen Hawco of Chapel’s Cove in her 60th year. Predeceased by her father Thomas; her brother Edward. Left with fond and loving memories are her children: Charlotte, Danielle (Lee) Devereaux, Dion, her mother Aggie, her brothers and sisters: Tom (Theresa), Kevin (Staish), Don (Marion), Gerard (Shirley), Carol Ann (Greg) Walsh, Mary (Wayne) Spencer, six precious grandchildren: Robbie, Jamie, Tyler, Eric, Nicholas and Kiersten, sister in-law Mena Hawco (Nick), many nieces and nephews, also a large circle of family and friends, especially her friends at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital. Resting at Dunphy’s Funeral Home, Holyrood. Visitation on Sunday from 7 - 9 p.m. & Monday from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m. Funeral will take place at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, August 9, 2011 with Mass of Christian Burial from Sts. Peter & Paul Church, Hr. Main. Interment will be in the family plot at Holy Cross Cemetery, Holyrood.
