Passed away suddenly and tragically on Sept. 6, 2011, Mr. Owen Clyde Taylor of Raleigh, NL, in his 55th year. He leaves to mourn with heartfelt memories wife Juanita “Juan”; son Warren (Karen); grandchildren Sierra and Morgan; sisters Bella (Dave) and Juanita (Wilbur); brothers Frank (Welda) and Roy (Betty); sister-in-law Mary; mother and father-in-law Gladys and Clayt Warren; sisters-in-law Donna (Allan) and Daphne (Lester); brothers-in-law Leonard (Bertha), Kayward (Bernette) and Jeff; aunt Maude Colbourne; great-aunt Mabel Vivian; special friend Gail; nieces, nephews and a large circle of family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents George and Mamie, brother Wilfred and brother-in-law Stanley Hodge. Visitation was held at the United Church in Raleigh from where the funeral service took place at 2 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 9 with Rev. Gus Pendleton officiating. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatre Funeral Homes, St. Anthony and Roddickton, Lee Nippard, funeral director.
