LONG, Dulcie May – Passed peacefully away at the Dr. G. B. Cross Memorial Hospital, Clarenville on Friday, September 16, 2011, Dulcie Long of Clarenville, aged 81 years. Predeceased by son George, brothers Hector and Everett Ploughman, sister Myra Stanley. Left with fond and loving memories her husband William of 62 years; daughters Nadine Vardy (Bill), Rosalyn Peacock (Terry) and Cynthia Gauvin (Michel); sons Rod (Alice), Dan and Steve; grandchildren Susan (Ron), Michael (Jennifer), Grant (Sonya), Danielle (Duane), Jennifer (Freeman), Kevin (Victoria), Jeffery, Jason (Monica), Adam (Lynda), Erin, Pascal, Matthew, Natasha (Andre), Chantelle and Vanessa; 13 great-grandchildren; sisters Laura Cooper and Louise Green; and a large circle of relatives and friends. Resting at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Clarenville. Visitation 2 - 5 and 7 - 9 p.m. Saturday September 17, 2011. Funeral service 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 18, 2011 at St. Mary’s Anglican Church with interment at Pleasant Street Cemetery, Clarenville.
