On September 25, 2011 Mr. Marc Jean Pouliot passed away peacefully at Marjorie Willoughby Snowden Hospice Home at the age of 27 years.

Marc is survived by his loving Parents, Melanie and Leo Pouliot, and his two Brothers James and Adam Pouliot.

Predeceased by his Grandma Nadine Hillis, Grandma Gisele Burnside, Grandpa Jean Pouliot.

A Celebration of Marcís life will be held on Saturday October 1, 2011 at 3:30 p.m. at the Calvary Community Church, 1205 Rogers Way, with Pastor Dan Sczabel officiating.

Interment to follow at Hillside Cemetery on Monday, October 3, 2011 at 11:00 a.m.
