Passed peacefully away at his residence in Belleoram on Tuesday, December 6, 2011, Mr. Phillip Martin Poole, age 78 years, formerly of Corbin. Leaving to mourn his loving family: wife, Olive; daughters, Susan (Craig) and Joy (Junior Pittman); sons, Phil (Lillian), Dave (Evelyn) and Jeff, all at Belleoram; a large number of grandchildren and great grandchildren; brothers, Frank (Georgina), Hughie (Wynetta), Randell (Lucy), all at Belleoram, Simeon (Linda) at Nova Scotia and Angus (Mona) at St. Jacques; plus a number of other relatives and friends. Predeceased by three sisters and other relatives. Funeral service was held on Thursday, December 8, 2011 at 11:00 am from St. Lawrence Anglican Church in Belleoram with Rev. Mildred Tobin officiating. Interment followed at the Anglican Cemetery in Belleoram.
