Peacefully at Etobicoke General Hospital on Thursday, December 29, 2011, Cyril MacDonald, dearly beloved husband of the late Mary Ellen.
Dear father of Barbara and her husband Grant Evers, Betty and her husband Michael Housley, Cliff and his wife Judy, Kevin and his wife Elaine, Bernadette, Walter, Russell, Cheryl and predeceased by Frank. Loving grandfather of Alicia, Alana, Kristen, John and Michael, Meghan, John Andrew, Christian and Katie, Jackie, Andrea, Danny, Brian and Jane Frances, Ryan and Kylie and great-grandfather of Grace. Sadly missed by his brother Ron of British Columbia and predeceased by brothers and sisters Mary Ardena, Allen, Hilda, Urban, Mary, Harold, Bernadette, Rita, Margaret, Bernard, Helen and Barbara.
Resting at the Newediuk Funeral Home, Kipling Chapel, 2058 Kipling Ave. (north of Rexdale Blvd.), from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday. Funeral mass will be celebrated from St. Roch's Church, 2889 Islington Ave., Tuesday, January 3, 2012 at 10 a.m. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Burlington.
