DYKE, Watson Edgar – Passed peacefully away at the James Paton Memorial Health Center, on December 19th, 2011 Watson Edgar Dyke, age 87 years. Predeceased by parents C. Kenneth and Sarah Dyke and sister Muriel Stockley. Left with loving memories are his wife of 59 years Venetta; sons: Terry (Lisa) of Salisbury, NB., Rodney (Lorraine) of Fort Saskatchewan, AB.; daughters: Paulette (Tony) Elliott of Middle Cove, Lorna (Don) Ducey of Gander; brother Milton (Marina) of Gambo; grandchildren: Michael and Catherine Elliott, Richard and Kevin Ducey and Sheldon Dyke. Watson will be fondly remembered by his family and large circle of friends both in Gander and Eastport where he lived for 30 years. Rested at Stacey’s Funeral Home, Gander. Funeral service was held Wednesday, December 21st at 2:00 p.m. at St. Martins Anglican Cathedral, Gander. Interment All Saints Cemetery.
