PENNEY, Vanessa Joy – Passed suddenly away at the Health Sciences Centre on Thursday, January 26th, 2012, at age 34. Leaving to mourn her husband Norman (Jr); parents: George and Barbara Cumden; sisters Marie Trimm (Stan), Colleen Cumden and Michelle Peach; brother Jim Peach (Cheryl); grandmother Sara Cumden; father & mother-in-law Norman and Helen Penney; and a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl on Saturday from 4-9 p.m and on Sunday from 2-4 p.m. and from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service to take place at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 30, 2012 from the Salvation Army Citadel, Ashford Drive, Mount Pearl. Interment to follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Blackmarsh Road. Donations in her memory may be made to the family. Please visit www.barretts.ca to sign the memorial guest book.
