RICE, Regina “Jeannie” A. (nee O’Driscoll) – Passed away suddenly at home on Wednesday, January 25th, 2012, Regina A. Rice, aged 60 years. Predeceased by parents Samuel and Elizabeth O’Driscoll (nee Lynch) and sister-in-law Beverly. Leaving to mourn her loving husband of 39 years Clyde; daughter Julie (Darren) Power; sons: Kenny (Melissa) and Colin (Carolyn); grandchildren: Gavin, Brooke and Alexandra whom she loved dearly; brothers: Harold (Margaret) and Dominic (Ann); sister Rose (Michael) Tee; brothers-in-law: Wilbur (Mary), Gordon; sister-in-law Rhoda (Tom) Connors and a large circle of special friends. At Regina’s request, cremation has taken place. A funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Church, Tors Cove on Monday, January 30th at 11:00 a.m. with inurnment to follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Tors Cove. Following the ceremony, the family will receive visitors at the family home in Bay Bulls. No flowers by request. Donations may be made in her memory to the St. John’s SPCA or a charity of one’s choice.
