YEOMANS, DANNY - Following a courageous battle with cancer, Danny Yeomans of Sisson Ridge passed away peacefully at Hotel Dieu of St. Joseph Hospital on January 31, 2012. Born in Plaster Rock on May 7, 1962, he was the son of Mildred Yeomans (Boyle) and the late Donald Yeomans. Besides his mother, Danny leaves behind his sisters Lisa Damstrom (Clay) of Prince George, BC, Nancy Aune of Saint John, Andrea Poirier of Hazeldean, Janice Johnston (Jim) of Wisconsin, Kathy Fraser (Steve) of St. Stephen; brothers Brian Yeomans (Heather Black) of Weaver, Barry Yeomans of Prince George, BC, Jason Yeomans (Marie) of Prince George, BC; Troy Yeomans (Roseanne) of Westfield; and many nieces and nephews. Danny worked as a machinist at Pratt and Whitney in Nova Scotia for 10 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, working on his computer, and most of all his family.
There will be no visitation by Danny's request. A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 3, 2012 at 3 pm from the Tobique Chapel in Plaster Rock. Rev. Steve Longmoore officiating. Interment will be in Burntland Brook Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover and Plaster Rock.
