It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Brian Hugh Cheyney on February 6, 2012 in Edmonton, AB at the age of 72 years.

Brian is survived by his five children; Laura (Jason), Jayne (Peter), Elaine (Edward), Colleen (Jared) and Wesley (Kerri), ten grandchildren, one brother and one sister. Brian was predeceased by his wife Liz in 2010 and parents William and Minnie

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 10, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Parkland Funeral Services 3502-44 Ave, Stony Plain, AB with Rev. Bert Giffen officiating. Inurnment will take place at Pioneer Cemetery, Spruce Grove, AB. In lieu of floral tributes, Donations may be made to Cross Cancer Institute of Alberta, 11560 University Ave, Edmonton, AB T6G 1Z2.

The family wishes to extend a heart felt thank you to the staff of Capital Care Norwood for there exceptional care of Brian, as well as those who provided support during this difficult time.
