CORMIER, ANNA M. - 1928 - 2012 - Anna Cormier age 83, of Riverview, NB, passed away on Tuesday, March 06, 2012, at the George Dumont Hospital, Moncton, with her family by her side from a lengthy illness. Anna was born in Richibucto Village, NB on October, 18, 1928. She was married to the late Ovila Cormier. She was the daughter of the late Antonien LeBlanc and Marie-Jane (Babineau) LeBlanc. Our dear mother enjoyed Sunday night bingo, quilting, knitting, crocheting and reading Danielle Steel books, but most of all she loved to be around her kids and grand-kids to hear some great guitar and singing. Anna will be deeply missed by sons: Roger Cormier (Loretta) of St. Sosime, NB; Gerald Cormier (Robyn) of Minto, NB; Paul Cormier (Linda) of New Scotland, NB: Ovila Jr Cormier (Michelle) of Memramcook, NB; Daughters: Stella Cormier (Gil) of Riverview, NB; Dianne Petitpas (David) of St. Sosime, NB; Doris Cormier (Terry) of Moncton; Joanne Cormier (Bernard) of Cocagne NB, as well as her brother Edmond (Julia) of Moncton, and sister-in-law Zelia LeBlanc of Moncton, and several nephews and nieces. She will also be missed by her grandchildren David, Micheal, Jason, Jeffrey, Mitch, Lyndsay, Scott, Anthony, Melissa, Marcus, Alysha. Great grandchildren; Laura, Sarah, Jeremy, Chelan, Jaxon. Besides her husband, she was predeceased by three daughters; Jeanne, Viola and Marie, as well as brother Victor, Cyrille, Levy and also half brothers Fréderic, Albert, Alyre Olivier, Telex, and Dolor, Josephat, Gerard; half sisters, Rev. Sister Jeanne Maranda, Evelyne, Lucie, Marie, Delia, and Suzanne.
Visitation at the Hogg funeral home Main St, Minto, NB. March 9, 2012 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Funeral arrangements will be held at the Holy Rosary Church, Main St, Minto, NB on March 10, 2012, at 11 am.
