BUNTING, Cpl. CHARLES "CHUCK" - Cpl. Charles "Chuck" F. Bunting, retired RCMP officer, of Hartland passed away on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at the Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville. He was born April 20, 1948. He was predeceased by his wife Brenda (MacDougall) Bunting; father, John Bunting; grand daughter, Keira Bunting; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Orbus and Audrey MacDougall. Chuck is survived by his children, Shana (Darren) Grey of Peel, Chris (Darcy) Bunting of Rosedale; mother, Marjorie Bunting of Waterville; grandchildren, Addison Grey, Ayden Grey, Keenan Bunting, Keeley Bunting, Katyn Bunting; sister, Marie (Phil) Hansen of New Maryland; brothers and sisters-in-laws, Anita (Donald) DeMerchant of Hartland, Gloria (Merle) Martin of Woodstock, Kevin (Debrah) MacDougall of Noonan, Shirley (Michael) Green of Hartland, Sandra (Wilfred) Bishop of Windsor, Jim (April Darby) MacDougall of Halifax, NS, Joan (Allison) Crockett of Hartland, Brent (Sally) MacDougall of St. Stephen, Angela (Bob) Voutier of Brandon, MB, Paul (Peg) MacDougall of Halifax, NS; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at the Britton Funeral Home, 2 High Street, Hartland on Thursday, March 22nd from 6 to 8 p.m. The funeral service will be on Friday at 1:00 p.m. from the Lorne Britton Memorial Chapel in Hartland with Rev. Sung Min Jung officiating. Interment will follow in the Mellville Cemetery in Kincardin. If so desired donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. www.brittonfh.ca
