Bernadette MacDonald of Courtice, Ont., formerly of Sydney, N.S., passed away suddenly as the result of an automobile accident on Sunday, April 1, 2012, at the age of 53.
Loved daughter of the late Martin and Margaret (nee MacCormack) MacDonald.
Bernadette was a teacher with the Durham Catholic School Board.
Dear sister of Martina MacDonald, Mary MacDonald, Colin MacDonald and Donald MacDonald.
Predeceased by her sister, Jane MacDonald-Dawson and her brother, Brian MacDonald.
Bernadette will be greatly missed by her niece, nephew and cousins.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held at St. Gertrude’s Catholic Church, Oshawa, Ont., on Wednesday, April 4, 2012, at 11 a.m.
