Passed away suddenly on March 31, 2012, in British Columbia, Donald Joseph Whitten of Petty Harbour, NL, age 45 years. Predeceased by his brother Tony, Grandparents Thomas & Clara Clarke, Niece Destiny Ray Howlett and Stepfather Alex Williams. Leaving to mourn, his loving Mother, Mary Williams (Steve), brothers, Junior and Paul (Michelle), sisters, Debbie Martin (Paul) and Darlene Howlett (Shawn) and also D.J. and a large circle of aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends, his very best & most loyal Friend, Laura Smith in BC, special friends Jimmy Mclean & Shawn Clarke & a number of friends and co-workers at the University of British Columbia. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation Sunday from 12 noon – 9 p.m. and Monday from 10 a .m. – 4 p.m. Funeral Mass on Tuesday, April 10th, at 10 a.m. from St. Joseph’s Church, Petty Harbour. Interment to follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Petty Harbour. Flowers gratefully accepted.
