It is with great sadness that the family of the late Arthur Joseph Gale announces his passing on Friday April 20, 2012 at Chancellor Park in St. John's NL, at the age of 71 years. Arthur was predeceased by his wife Mary (Stroud) Gale, mother and father Frances and Joseph Gale, biological mother Theresa MacDonald. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his daughter Madonna (Henry) Lawrence Rose Blanche, son Shawn Gale (Chantel Brown) Clarenville NL. Grandchildren; Cameron Gale and Katelyn Lawrence. Sisters and brothers; Mary Downey, Madonna MacDonald (Clem) all of the Codroy Valley. Jim MacIsaac Burlington ON, Joe Gale (Christine) Barry ON, Kevin MacDonald (Darlene) Stephenville NL, John MacDonald of the Codroy Valley, and a large circle of nieces, nephews, and many friends. Visitation took place on Sunday and Monday at Precious Blood Roman Catholic Church, St. Andrew's. The funeral mass took place on Tuesday April 24, 11 AM at Precious Blood Roman Catholic Church officiated by Father Edward Terry. Interment followed at Mount St. Thomas Roman Catholic Cemetery.
