Passed peacefully away at St. Clares Mercy Hospital on Thursday, April 26, 2012, surrounded by her loving family, at age 93. Predeceased by her husband William (1989); son Craig (1957); brothers Martin & Edmund Williams and sisters Mary Williams and Catherine Miller. Left with precious memories are her daughters Yvonne Meissner (Heinz), Rosalie Chafe (Edwin), Gennette (Albert Maloney), Paula Leitch (John) and Lana; sons William Jr. (Rose), Noel (Gloria) and Karl (Camilla); 13 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; cousin Emma Farrell, lifelong friend Lucy Morey and a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. Visitation to be at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Saturday and Sunday, April 28th and 29th, from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial to take place from St. Patrick’s Church on Monday, April 30, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Topsail Road.
