Debbie Ann Wallace, 51, of Glencarin Ave., Westmount, passed away, surround by her loving family, Monday, Dec. 21, 2009, at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney, following a courageous battle with cancer.
Born in Sydney, she was the daughter of Theresa (Hillier) Musgrave and the late Andrew Musgrave.
Debbie was employed at Days Inn, Sydney.
Surviving are her husband, Ward; daughter, Nicole (Chris) and son, Vincent (Dianne), both of Sydney; sisters, Mary (James) Barrett, Sydney and Terri (Dale) Wadden, Eastern Passage; brothers, David (Kay), Edmonton and Wayne (Patsy), Ontario; grandchildren, Shaylin, Jacob, Tazlinn, Jazlyn, Jackson and Billy.
Visitation will take place at Sydney Memorial Chapel on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A memorial service will be held in the chapel on Thursday 10 a.m., with Rev. Errol MacDonald officiating. Interment in Forest Haven Memorial Gardens.
Memorials may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
