Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday, May 6, 2012, M. Elsie Snelgrove of Lower Island Cove, age 82 years. Predeceased by husband Robert; parents Timothy and Annie Morris; sister Leah Wheeler; brothers: Eleacor, Arthur, Selby and Jabez. Leaving to mourn one daughter Joan (Charles) Olson, Georgia, USA; special nieces: Caroline ‘Trudy’ Fagan (Christian) and daughter Emily and Beverley Delaney (Neil) and her children: Abbie and Austin; a number of grandchildren; four sisters: Stella Gillingham and Jean Lewis, both of Lower Island Cove, Coey Reynolds, Blackhead and Ethel Morris, Carbonear; sister-in-law: Lillian True, Maine, USA; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel’s Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay on Tuesday, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. for family and close friends; Wednesday, 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. for all other friends.
