McISAAC, GEORGIE D. - 1935 - 2012 - Georgie D. McIsaac, 77, of Moncton, NB; passed away at The Moncton Hospital, on Sunday, May 13, 2012. She was born in Westville, NS on March 29, 1935 and is the daughter of the late George and Bessie (Emberley) MacDonald. Georgie was a former Account Clerk with Co-op Atlantic prior to her retirement. She was a supporter of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 6 Moncton following her husbands' death in 1992. She will be sadly missed her children Stephen McIsaac (Deborah) of Moncton, Doreen McIsaac-Carde (Ed) of Stratford, ON., Monica Symes (Mervin) of Shediac, Donna Willis (Dave) of Surrey, BC. and Patricia Hockings (Jeff) of Ajax, ON; ten grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; two brothers John MacDonald (the late Margaret) of Clearwater, BC. and Stephen MacDonald (Eleanor) of Fraser Lake, BC; sisters-in-law Margaret MacDonald (the Late Erwin) and Geraldine MacDonald (the late Ramsey); several nieces and nephews; also by her very best friend Ollie Cameron and her family of Moncton. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband Donald H. McIsaac in January of 1992 and by two brothers Erwin and Ramsey.
Resting at Tuttle Brothers Funeral Home, 171 Lutz St. with visitation on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. The funeral service will be held at Tuttle Brothers Memorial Chapel on Thursday, May 17, 2012 at 2:00 pm with Father Allison Carroll officiating. Donations in Georgie's memory made to the Canadian Diabetic Association would be appreciated. Interment will be at Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe, NB.
