It is with heavy hearts that the family of Orest Mervin Kotyk, late of Shellbrook, announce his passing on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at the age of 60 years. The Memorial Service for Orest will take place on Monday, May 28, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. from the Legion Hall in Shellbrook. Diane McDuff will officiate. Memorial Donations may be made in memory of Orest to either the SPCA or to the choice of the donor. Beau"Lac" Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements, 747-2828.
