Peacefully at The Riverview Manor in Montague on Sunday, December 27, 2009, of Hazel Virginia MacKinnon (Nee Hicken) of Montague, age 81 years. Wife of the late Stillman MacKinnon. Mother of Sherry VanIderstine and Mark (Stella) MacKinnon, both of Lower Montague. Grandmother of Robert and James VanIderstine, Lindsey Kalinowski and Amanda MacKinnon. Sister of Stanley (Mary), Cecil (June), Lee (Marion), Dianne (Blair) Sencabaugh and Bill (Betty). Sister-in-law of Anna, Carol and Stewart Dewar. Pre-deceased by brothers Russell and Harold, sisters Peggy Dewar and Gloria Reynolds and brother-in-law David Reynolds. Resting at Ferguson\'s Montague Funeral Home from where the service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday at 2 p.m. Interment in the Lower Montague Cemetery. Visitation today at 7 - 9 p.m. only. If so desired, memorials to Kings County Memorial Hospital would be appreciated.
