It is with great sadness that the family of the late Isabella McKay announce her passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at the age of 87 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her daughters: Marie Jones, Jacqueline McKay and Joy McKay; sisters: Margaret Organ (nee Reid) and Shirley Sutton (nee Reid); son-in-law Reginald Hutchings; grandchildren: Stacy, Dean, Janet, Michael, Michelle, Tara, Trent, Trina and Jamie; great-grandchildren: Todd, Robbie, Kylee, Ashkara, Said, Jamail and Kelly; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Lloyd McKay, daughter Valarie Hutchings, parents Henry and Hazel (Laing) Reid, brothers and sisters: Walter, Ethel, Alice, Lionel, Malcolm, Clifford, Warren, Joyce and Gerald. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Wednesday and Thursday from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Friday, June 1 at 2:00 p.m. from All Saints’ Anglican Church, Clarence Street with Rev. Karen Laldin officiating. Interment to follow at the Townsite Anglican Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers donations may be made to All Saints’ Anglican Church Memorial Fund.
