WILLIS, ROY A. - Roy A. Willis of Hartland passed away on Friday, June 8, 2012 at the Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville. Roy was born October 12, 1927 and was the son of the late Roy Willis Sr. and Laura (Hickey) Willis Smith. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his stepfather, Hugh Smith Sr., brother, Eugene Smith and sister-in-law, Charlene Smith. Roy is survived by his brother Hugh (Muriel) Smith of Hartland; sister-in-law, Shirley Smith of Fredericton; niece, Marsha (Stephen) Hayes of Fredericton; nephews, Randy (Rhonda) Smith of Ashland, Jeffrey (Karen) Smith of Fredericton, Gregory (Cathy) Smith of Fredericton; several cousins and great nieces and nephews.
Resting at the Britton Funeral Home, 2 High Street, Hartland with visiting hours on Saturday, June 9th from 6 to 8 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Sunday at 2:30 p.m. from the Lorne Britton Memorial Chapel in Hartland with Pastor Doug Cook and Pastor Brandon Thompson officiating.
