Mary Kinar passed away on Saturday, June 9th, 2012 in Prince Albert at the age of 93 years. Funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, June 14 from River Park Memorial Chapel. Pastor Dennis Serfas will officiate. Mary was born on September 2, 1918 to Joseph and Oksana Huchkowsky in Hague, SK. Mary worked at the Victoria Union Hospital in the Occupational Therapy Department until her retirement. She was predeceased by her husband Nick; her son Karpo; brother Jacob; sister-in-law Lorna; granddaughter Teddy Joan. Mary will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Joan of Christopher Lake; her grandchildren Theran of Burnaby, BC and Rylan (Melanie) and their children Emery and Nick of Saskatoon, SK, her daughter-in-law Donelda of Prince Albert, SK and grandchildren Kristopher (Karen) and their children Kacey, Kayla and Kody of Oungre, SK, Michael (Dyan) and their daughter Emma of Mission, BC, Keeley (Stephan Gilray) and son Dayton of Langley, BC, Gregory (Caroline Gagne) of Kaohsiung,Taiwan. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Pineview Terrace. Interment of cremated remains will take place at South Hill Cemetery.
