Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday, June 10, 2012, Max Sooley of Heart’s Content, age 78 years. Leaving to mourn with fond loving memories wife of 60 years, Jean; children: Dave, Ida, Gregory, Curtis, Allan, Richard and Audrey; beloved grandfather and great-grandfather; brother of Sadie Rowe, Mabel Smith and Beatie Sooley. Also a large circle of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place. The family will be receiving visitors and friends at Green’s Funeral Home, Winterton, on Thursday from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Carbonear General Hospital Medicine Dept.
